Hi, I'm Annamarie! I'm a Colorado Realtor serving Denver Metro and Northern Colorado, and for me, real estate is about so much more than houses, it's about the people and the lives being built inside of them.
Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I watched my dad own and manage rental properties, which gave me an early look into the world of real estate. Later, watching my brother pursue real estate himself inspired me to take the leap and build a career of my own in an industry that had always been close to home.
Before real estate, one of the biggest influences on who I am today was softball. I played for most of my life, and the sport taught me lessons I carry into my business every day: discipline, determination, teamwork, resilience, and the importance of showing up even when things get difficult. When I commit to something, or someone, I give it my all.
That same mentality is at the heart of how I work with my clients. I want you to feel like you have someone genuinely in your corner. Buying or selling a home can be exciting, emotional, confusing, and sometimes a little overwhelming, especially when it's your first time. I believe you should always feel comfortable asking questions, understanding what comes next, and knowing that someone is looking out for your best interests.
My goal is never to make you feel like just another transaction. I want to get to know you, understand what you're looking for, celebrate the exciting moments with you, and be someone you can trust throughout the entire process, and long after the keys are handed over.
Watching families grow
The most meaningful part of real estate for me is seeing people happy and watching families grow. A house is so much more than four walls. It's where birthdays are celebrated, holidays are spent together, kids grow up, pets become part of the family, and everyday moments eventually become some of our favorite memories.
Knowing that I get to play even a small role in helping someone find the place where those memories will happen is incredibly special to me. There's something about handing someone the keys to their new home and seeing that excitement that never gets old.
